Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Training Schedule Development: Create and manage training schedules to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Consumables Preparation: Organize and prepare all required materials for training sessions.
- Trainee Assessments: Conduct periodic assessments and evaluations, including the final 2.5 NVG exam.
- Practical Skill Development: Organize field activities to enhance practical skills for trainees.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate records of trainee progress and academic scores.
- Refresher Sessions: Offer follow-up training sessions to graduated ER trainees.
- Skill & Concept Assurance: Ensure trainees acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Student Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry and Vision Sciences
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training or optometry-related roles
Skills & Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Skilled in both administrative and operational tasks
- Excellent report-writing abilities
- Previous experience in the education or training sector is an added advantage.
