Tech Care for All Eastern Africa is looking for a talented User Experience Architect/Designer to support Medical Learning Hub (MLH) in revolutionizing medical education and our ERP/Marketplace platform, which facilitates the introduction of medical products and innovations to the African market.
Your Role:
As a User Experience Architect/Designer, you will:
Conduct User Research and Analysis: Perform user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Analyze feedback and data to inform design decisions.
Develop Wireframes and Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
Organize Information Architecture: Structure content to enhance user navigation and accessibility.
Plan and Conduct Usability Tests: Validate design decisions and gather insights for continuous improvement through usability testing.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Maintain Design Systems: Keep design systems and style guides updated to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Convert Designs to HTML: Translate your designs into clean, efficient HTML code to ensure seamless implementation.
Manage Multiple Projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in Figma.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in converting Figma designs to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Healthcare Sector Experience: Familiarity with digital health solutions, patient pathways or Modern Learning Management System (LMS) interfaces is highly desirable.
ERP/Marketplace Platform Experience: Experience in designing interfaces for ERP systems and marketplaces, particularly those related to healthcare product management is highly desirable.
User-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding user needs and designing solutions that meet those needs. Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
