One person lost his life on Saturday while three others walked away with injuries following a road accident involving a lorry at Masinga, Machakos County.
Eyewitnesses say that the lorry driver, who died on the spot, lost control of the sand-ferrying vehicle as he attempted to drive it up a steep road around Miu ya Ng'ang'a river in Ndithini.
The lorry reportedly rolled over, according to witnesses.
The injured persons have since been taken to Kakuku health centre for treatment while the deceased person has been taken to a local mortuary for storage.
