Fabrizio Romano has chosen his top five transfers of the summer and he has included some big names.
Romano is well known for breaking some of the biggest transfer deals in world football, with is iconic 'here we go' catchphrase synonymous with the transfer window.
But the Italian has now provided an insight into which transfers he considers to be the best this summer. Writing for 888 Sport, here are his top five.
Top of Romano's list is English sensation Jude Bellingham, who Real Madrid signed for €103m (£88m) this summer after a long-winded transfer saga which saw Liverpool lose out. Romano even called the deal a "masterpiece" due to the intense competition for his signature. In second place was Ilkay Gundogan's move to Barcelona, who joined the La Liga giants on a free transfer from Manchester City following the expiration of his contract. Romano was full of the praise for the German international, labelling him "one of the most underrated players in the world in the last 10 years".
Up next is Declan Rice, who joined Arsenal for a British-record transfer fee of £105m from West Ham, with Romano warning fans to be patient with the 24-year-old.Dominik Szoboszlai's move to Liverpool takes fourth spot on the list, with the Austrian joining Jurgen Klopp's side for £60m earlier in the transfer window.
Finally, and perhaps surprisingly, Tijani Rejinders transfer to AC Milan made the top five, with the Italian giants splashing just over €20m to sign him from PSV.
Romano waxed lyrical about the midfielder, stating: "Insane quality, smart player, replacing Tonali was difficult but Milan did an excellent job. With hard work and experience in Italy, Reijnders can become a top player in the coming years."
The world famous journalist also spared a thought for Mohamed Kudus, who has joined West Ham for £38 million to help boost David Moyes' attack.
