1. Computer literacy
2. Minimum Grade of C plain
Ø Classify and label documents and file accordingly
Ø Ensure the document management system is up-to-date
Ø Ensure the registry and Archive are clean
Ø Respond to record requests by retrieving requested files
Ø Maintain accurate records of document orders and movements
Ø Remove or archive repeated documents or irrelevant/out-dated information
Ø Respond to queries in person, by e-mail, by post, or by phone
Ø Maintain a high level of confidentiality and Integrity
Ø Able to work as part of a team
