The key role of the Head, Business Systems is managing development, support, and maintenance of the
Customer Relationship Management System(s) (CRM), both cloud-based and on premise. S/he will be
responsible for reviewing and analyzing the business needs and proposing technology innovations in line with Amref Health Africa strategy. In addition, the role will be the gate keeper in terms of software quality control and assurance in partnership with other ICT departments, business owners and key stakeholders (internal and external).
