Job Description: The Chief Supply Chain Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement and supply chain activities within the university. This role entails ensuring adherence to procurement policies, budget control, vendor management, and ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with the University’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and guidelines.
- Oversee tendering and contract management processes.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Conduct market research and supplier performance evaluations.
- Manage procurement records and ensure transparency in procurement processes.

Job Description: The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the university’s students, staff, visitors, and assets. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee security operations, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.
- Investigate security incidents and provide reports to university management.
