KBC INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT APPLICATION FORM

Kenya Broadcasting Corporation is a State Corporation established under the KBC Act (Cap. 221) and operating under the Ministry of Information, Communications and Digital Economy.

The Corporation is committed to excellence in broadcast services to audience, customers and the public. Its aim is to inform, educate and entertain the public through Radio services, Television services and other Digital Media platforms.

The Corporation wishes to recruit dynamic, self-driven and results-oriented students
from Universities and middle– level Colleges under KBC Industrial Attachment

Programme.
Duration of the Industrial Attachment:
The Industrial Attachment Programme will run for three (3) months (January -March
2024) without extension.

Criteria for selection:
1. Field of specialization and relevance of the course
2. The Corporation’s ability to accommodate the trainee
3. Availability of requisite facilities and attachment slots
4. First come first served basis
5. Year of study( 3rd & 4th year of study for degree students and 2nd year of study
for Diploma students)

Eligibility:
Students pursuing degree, diploma or certificates in Media Studies, Journalism,
Communication, Public Relations, Law, TV & Radio Production, Technical Operations,
Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Light Current), Project Management, Information
Science, Statistics, Economics, Commerce and Human Resource Management.
